The conversation around improving the lives of disabled people in the workforce remains a hot topic. Yet many businesses are unsure of how to take the initial steps towards becoming more inclusive. They all agree that it’s a good thing to do, yet it never quite makes it to the top of the ‘ To Do’ list. With more than 1 in 5 of working age people having a disability, it’s vital that their needs are recognised and addressed. Employees who have the confidence to talk to their employer about their disability will be happier, more productive and stay longer.  DICE Club exists to inspire companies to take those first actions towards becoming more confident with disabilities. It’s a business club that promotes the 4 Paralympic virtues: Determination, Inspiration, Courage and Equality (hence DICE!). Our aim is to be seamlessly inclusive as an organisation by 2028.
