Governance Issues

The Members’ Agreement was now ready to be signed and SLAs with Wheelpower and the Centre for Buckinghamshire Studies were in development.

A number of policies were ready for their annual review and Trustees would be undertaking this.

Recruitment of up to three Independent Trustees would start shortly.

Finance and Development

The Board received and noted the commentary on the current financial situation. The minutes of the recent Finance and Development Committees were received and noted in full by the Board.

It was anticipated that the Annual Accounts would receive an independent evaluation rather than a full audit.

The team were pursuing a number of funding applications – some local, some national.
