Meeting held over Zoom.

Chairmans welcome 

• Due to Covid-19 the board held its first meeting via Zoom. Will Rysdale, Anne Wight and Elaine Jewell were thanked for their time on the Board.
• Sophie Payne was welcomed to the board as Buckinghamshire Council’s representative.
• The sad loss of Paralympic Legend, Margaret Maughan, and Rachel Potter were acknowledged.

Financial update

• The Board were given an update from the recent Finance & Development Committee meeting by the Chair of the Finance and Development Committee.
• It was acknowledged that a more pragmatic approach was required due to the current uncertainty post pandemic.
• The Finance manager presented a financial report.

CEO report (VHW)

• A presentation on digital approach was given, including virtual tours.
• The CEO provided the Board with a projects progress report, with particular reference to the impact of events and projects being postponed.

Governance issues

• Risk – The risk register was revised and approved. 
• Service Level Agreements – two SLAs were agreed and are ready for signing off.
