About us Reports and policies NPHT Trustees' Meeting Summary Friday 20th September 2019 Held at the Buckinghamshire County Council offices, Aylesbury Service Level Agreements The CEO presented the board with two Service Level Agreements with partner organisations for Board approval. These were both agreed by the Board and final sign off awaited from partner organisations. Financial update The Board were given an update from the previous Finance & Development Committee meeting by the Chair of the Finance and Development Committee. The Finance manager presented a financial report. The CEO presented a 5 year budget plan to the Board for discussion and approval. General Project update (VHW) The CEO provided the Board with a progress report from the project update document.
