Iain Dawson is a visually impaired multi-sport athlete. He competed at the Sydney 2000 Paralympics in track and road cycling events.

Iain has a long history of sporting participation since childhood. He has previously enjoyed taking part in athletics, football, cross country skiing and cycling. Prior to competing in triathlon, Iain was an international cyclist, racing at European and World championships as well as at the Sydney 2000 Paralympics.

Iain works as a Physiotherapist for the NHS with people who have a learning disability, promoting physical activity and healthy lifestyles. Iain also specialises in something called ‘rebound therapy’ which uses a trampoline to help achieve a wide range of health and social benefits for it’s participants.
