Sharing Nick Springer on the Move and other sports stories from the Paralympic Games to promote equity As part of Buckinghamshire Open Weekend, join author and Professor of Education, Jennifer Stratton, in a storytelling workshop to examine whose stories are missing from our bookshelves and what we can do to fill that gap. She will share her approach to writing non-fiction for children and how adaptive sports stories can redefine ability. This is a family friendly event for children aged 7-12 years with a curious mind and an important story to tell. All of the proceeds from her book go to support Mouth and Foot Painting Artists and the Wheelchair Sports Federation in the U.S. How to Join This experience will be hosted online via Zoom, book your free ticket below.
