We are excited to welcome Helene Raynsford, Paralympic champion rower to the National Paralympic Heritage Centre. Helene competed at the Beijing 2008 Games, where rowing made its debut appearance, she became the first ever Paralympic champion in the sport. Come along to one of the sessions below to learn more about Helene’s sporting career and what it takes to compete at an elite level. Also joining us is Anita Templar who will share her journey of helping at the Paralympic Games over the past 28 years.
