DICE Club Business Breakfast

On Thursday 5th June 2025, the NPHT will hosted their latest DICE Club Business Breakfast, offering attendees a unique opportunity to network and to hear from gold medal-winning British Paralympic coxswain, Erin Kennedy OBE.

Erin is one of Great Britain's most decorated coxswains.  As a 2x Paralympic Champion, 3x World Champion, 4x European Champion, a Guinness World Record Holder and 3x World Cup Winner – she is the first and only coxswain to hold all international titles at once!

Just like our DICE Club members, Erin knows the importance of building team cohesion and trust. Whether you're leading a business, growing a start-up, or navigating team dynamics in your workplace, Erin's story will challenge you to rethink what makes a truly great team - and a truly great teammate. 

Away from the boat, Erin has also faced a more personal battle, following a diagnosis of Breast Cancer in 2022. Alongside sporting accolades, she will share her journey to receiving the all clear, offering attendees an honest insight into a disease that affects 1 in 7 women in the UK.

Now training for the 2028 Paralympic Games in Los Angeles, Erin hasn’t lost a single international race since 2018, and she’s not planning to start anytime soon. If that doesn’t whet your appetite to get thinking about steering your team to success, then we don’t know what will!
