Stuart is a Bingley based, Bradford born para triathlete. He is the current UK Para Triathlon Category 3 Champion and won his title at the first attempt.

Stuart uses a blade prosthetic designed by Ottobock for running. He uses a different prosthetic for cycling which was developed with Steeper prosthetist, Asadullah Khan, at Seacroft Hospital in Leeds. He does not use a swimming prosthetic for his time in the water.

Without the whole team at Steeper, from the socket technicians to my prosthetist Asad, and the support of the NHS trust itself I would never have been able to have achieved what I have. For all of this, I am truly thankful and look forward to competing! Stuart Meikle, para triathlete
