Voices from London 2012 Gallery

Celebrating the legacy of the Games and the people who made them possible; artists, athletes and Games Makers alike. As part of our learning programme, we also explored the theme of 'celebrating London 2012' with young people in London. Through our Global Virtual Museum, handling collection and virtual tours we were able to give the students an insight into the excitement that many of our older audiences experienced when the Paralympics ‘came home’. Our partner schools created their own artwork on the theme, proudly displayed in the new Voices from London 2012 gallery. Alongside this they worked with three fantastic partner local museums building new relationships and helping those venues to become more accessible to young people with SEN.
