Paralympic History: A Sensory Exploration

Have you ever wanted to hold a Paralympic torch or try out blind football? Well, at Bucks History Fest you could!

As part of the Buckinghamshire History Festival, we hosted a drop-in session at Aylesbury library, bringing Paralympic history to our community. We showcased some fascinating objects from our handling collection for all to enjoy!

As part of this drop in session we also shared new tactile resources for blind and and partially sighted people.
